Justices left intact a Minnesota ruling that condoned a potential juror's exclusion based on his being a Jehovah's Witness. But Justice Clarence Thomas, joined by Justice Antonin Scalia, said the court should have sent the Minnesota case back for further study in light of last month's decision.
